Change of Plans!

Well I just found out that Aunt Rachael and Uncle Robert aren't coming up because they don't want to get stuck here for Christmas. Gee Wiz I thought you liked us : ) No I am just kidding they are going to stay so they can have Christmas with my beautiful little cousin Mia. Which I am sure all of you have herd about? Well in case you haven't.....
Mia was born not breathing. She now has a G- tube and a trach. She lives in a special facility that specializes in the trach area. She will turn two years old in February. Mia has a loving family Robert, Rachael and Mercedes. For way more detail go to www.theadamisfamily.blogspot.com.
Another change of plans is Mama and Papa are not coming up today they will be coming up tomorrow. Today we are going to have a baking day at Alivia and Sarah's and I can't wait to post pictures on that.
3 more nights till Christmas!

Christmas Can't Be Very Far Away!

Merry Christmas! Sorry for not posting in a while. We had a whole week of " A Christmas Carol " and that was busy. I would have to say my favorite part of the whole thing was either....
* Laughing, Joking, Dressing, Doing hair and make up and having fun.
* Or my tumbling elf flipping on stage.
I loved when everyone said " Whoa did you see what she did " after I would do a round off back handspring, back handspring. I don't mean to brag it was just really fun.

Besides that week we had a week of trying to get back into our schedule. Uncle Matt, Aunt Erin, Skylar and Henry came this weekend to have a mini Christmas. We had a Christmas dinner, exchanged gifts, made Carmel corn and watched the movie Elf. After that Skylar, Henry and I had a sleepover in the play room. In the morning they decided to go home so that they would not get stuck in the bad weather. The Weather was weird it would snow and then it would rain and melt all the snow, then it would freeze and make it really icy. It repeated that cycle all till today. Today it was just cloudy but the weather is just supposed to keep on doing the same thing  it did this last weekend.

Tomorrow night we have a Christmas party. That should be really fun with all our friends here at our house. On Wednesday Mama & Papa are coming and hopefully Uncle Robert, Aunt Rachael, and Mercedes also will come on Wednesday depending on the weather. On Thursday we should have a family day and lots of fun. Friday is Christmas Eve and we have a church service at night. Saturday is Christmas morning and we get to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. As well as give presents like the three Wise man when they delivered the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Christmas present. Because the 1st and best Christmas present was baby Jesus. I love Christmas and it is one of my favorite holidays in the year even though it is a very busy time.

Here are the pictures of our wonderful decorations. When we went up to cut down the tree we didn't make it very far before there was feet of snow. We were the first party to park and suddenly there was a whole row of cars behind us. I wish I could post the pictures of that trip but my card reader is not working at this time. I will post them as soon as I figure out what is wrong with the tool. Hope you enjoy these....

Our beautiful tree...

Ginger Bread man. I made some also with my BFF Kyra. I will post those pictures later.

I know its not a very good picture and I worked with it to do a special soft effect. It is true though most of my ornaments are either fairies , ballerinas or dolls.

Johnny Depp the Snow Man

Johnny Depp..... They couldn't come up with a name besides Johnny Depp. They equals Milo, Jake, and Cameron ( some of the previous Rowdy Boys from an earlier post. Cameron started rolling and I decided to roll the body and Milo rolled the head. After a while Jake came back down and helped carry the HUGE body. It took a while but they got it across while I ran inside to get a carrot and hair. They didn't like the broccoli for ears idea. So we just put a hat on him. Here is the result of Johnny Depp.

I couldn't help but make the soft effect around the border. All the other kids wanted to destroy it, Cameron actually took a nice picture.

I gave each of them a single shot. Milo of course chose to try to eat his nose.

I wanted to get a nice one of all of them, Cameron did great, Jake could have smiled a little better, and Milo didn't do good at all.

His single shot was this. Belive me as soon as the Camera went back inside the sword really did chop his head of.

I think this photo is funny because of the cat.
Johnny Depp sadly didn't last long. The Cat started trying to eat it, Milo, Jake, and Cameron smashed it to pieces and stomped on it. The Snow man has probably been lots of places. It gets rolled up and made into a snow man, then it melts and rolls to the river, the river leads into the lake, the lake water evaporates into the cloud and the cloud will move and snow somewhere else, and then yet again it is rolled up into a Snow Man. But will he have a hat?

Beutiful Emma.....part 2

Here are some more pictures of my adorable little sister. I took and photo shopped all of these pictures. Like I said in the first post, I am still learning. It is really fun though to see your art work, master piece   (whatever you want to call it) completed and beautiful. I hope you like them.

When she first got a hold of the Cup-Cake she took a huge bite out of it. Usually the other Babies that have gotten a Cup-Cake pick the candle out first and then pick the toppings of and then eat it.

She wouldn't share it, We all asked her for a bite and she would smile and shake her head.

I thought this was a cool picture because Daddy's phone is in focus and Emma is a little blurry.

I think we accomplished a lot during this session. I love the results.

She was covered in frosting by the end. She also ate so much of it we thought she would be sick.

Were moving....again!

We've known for a while I just haven't posted about it tell daddy told his work. But know that is taken care of I will post about it. Dad filled a Resume  for Redding thinking it was a long shot and forgot about it. Then a few weeks later the Man in charge of the perfusion group at the Redding hospital Mercy called him, asking him to come interview. Mom and Dad headed up the next weekend. They came back and thought about a lot and prayed a lot then we sat down and went over the pro's and con's. I said I was for it even though it will be really hard to leave our friends. Then on Tuesday night Daddy talked to the guy and accepted the job! Were moving to Redding! Dad's position would potentially give him the chance to become boss when the boss would retire. For the first few years dad won't get very much vacation time but he will be able to build up and if he wants to he could employ other perfusionist under him. We move the end of January. It has been very hard to tell are friends and it will be very hard to leave them but we aren't moving across the country and they can come visit us! We also will be very close to Chico that means very close to family and friends. We also will make lots of new friends in Redding. The properties there are big and they have trees! Dad can also be on call while we are on the near by lakes, and they don't have snow 8 months out of the year. So we can wake board longer and in warmer lakes! I now will post on every little box we move. I also will know more in the coming months. So yet again were of, on another adventure!!!
